I hope you all ready for a dose of pretty pretty pretty because it’s what you are going to get from this fantastic boho industrial romantic wedding in Tuscany.
Here I present you Julia and Florian’s big day! Looking at the amazing pictures from Nastja Kovacec took is like going back to dreamland: this wedding felt exactly like a dream!
And it is a dream to see it on one of my favorites blogs, Ruffled, Today. Check the feature out and leave some love there as well, please!
I started working with Julia and Florian almost a year before the wedding, when they were still undecided about their venue choice: thank goodness they chose La Selva Giardino del Belvedere. It is a stunning location immersed in miles of woods, olive groves, amazing landscapes. Here and there you can find pieces of art that the owner creates. And some gems, like the natural amphitheater that hosted the ceremony, a pool, a yoga pavilion. The house itself is so beautiful with its’ authentic rural Tuscan look, too!
The guys had a vision of their wedding that I fell in love with immediately: they wanted a fun, boho, laid back, cool and stylish wedding, a big party, something to be remembered. We incorporated elements of the bohemian look, like rugs, dream catchers, wild foliage. We added industrial elements, like the chairs and the string lights of vintage bulbs. And of course the romantic touch of flowers, calligraphy elements and candle light. It all came together so perfectly that I am still pinching myself!
Julia and Florian, came from Munich with about 60 of their closest friends and family members, spent a whole week at the villa and got ready to welcome their friends on the Friday with a welcome aperitivo at a local wonderful restaurant/pizzeria.
The wedding was on Saturday, it began very slowly for the guys while me and the team started setting up. The couple got ready in the two levels of the house and their friends helped them. It was such a sweet moment! The ceremony was held at the amphitheater on the villa’s property. It is a special setting for an important moment. We made it even prettier adding an antique rug and a suspended foliage and flower decoration that framed the couple so beautifully. Despite having studied german in high school a long time ago, I couldn’t understand much of the ceremony, sadly. But, seeing the emotions in Florian’s face when he saw Julia arriving at the ceremony and their embraces was enough of a translation! Love really is a universal language!
After the ceremony guests went back to the Villa, where they had a nice aperitivo and sone time to relax while enjoying some good music, while Nastja Kovacec made her magic happen and took the most gorgeous couple portraits ever. I love this lady and will offer a discount to any couple working with her, ok?
Dinner was later served at the two long tables laid in front of the villa, under the string of lights, and the delicious food flow was only interrupted by some moving speeches. After that it was time to dance the night away.
The definition of a perfect wedding? Yes, to me this is it.
Please enjoy the pictures and share my thanks to the wonderful team who made this dream come true possible:
